A little about me..

I’ve been surrounded by creativity from a young age with my mother being a talented artist. The highlight of my week as a young child was every Friday when she would take me and my two older brothers to the dollar store to pick a new coloring book.

I went on to develop my technical skills in grade school art classes over the years and later as a young adult, creating took a back seat in life with the occasional drawing or painting here or there. I've always tried to find work that gives me a sense of purpose in my everyday life. I eventually landed a job where I had the opportunity to create as a part of my role which encouraged me to pursue further developing myself as an artist. I am now a student at the University of Texas at Arlington working toward my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art Education.

I aim to leave a culmination of my life experiences and things I love behind me in my work and hope to inspire others to embark on their own creative endeavors along the way.
